Matcha is a fine green powder made from whole ground tea leaves. Simply distinguished from its rich flavour and bright green colour. It is whisked to your liking, paired with your choice (milk or water) and devoured. 

THE PROCESS: 

Our Organic Matcha Tea is curated with goodness.

Young leaves are shaded for 3-4 weeks, after harvesting and drying the stems. Veins are removed from the leaf to make Tencha. Tencha are then stone-ground into powder with stone mill in Japan.
